摘要:rapid and sensitive method for the determination of voriconazole in human plasma was developed. The chromatographic separation was accomplished isocratically on a 150×4.6 mm, 5 m Zorbax extend C18 column at a flow rate of 0.7 mL/min. The method was applied in a bioequivalence study of two tablet formulations of voriconazole.
